Frequently asked.
What people usually ask before signing: how it starts, how long it takes, how the contract works and who runs the project once it's live.
How does a project with SOPA start?
With a conversation of about 20 minutes where we show a preview of the project and align on timeline and budget. Once the proposal is approved, the team builds what's missing and ships the project the same day.
How long does a delivery take?
A company website usually takes a few hours. More robust digital products are ready within a day, always starting from the preview approved on the first call.
Per project, or a team every month?
Both. A defined scope gets a fixed price, delivered in one go. When demand is ongoing there's a monthly plan with a team on hand: you send the week's priority and it goes into the queue.
Do I need a finished brand before calling you?
No. If one exists, we build on what's already there. If not, our strategy and brand team takes care of it before product design starts.
Who looks after the site once it's live?
You decide. We hand over documented code for your team to take over, or we keep going with a plan for maintenance and ongoing improvements.
Do you work outside Brazil?
Yes. The team is remote and has worked with clients across time zones. Meetings in Portuguese or English, no problem.
What's day-to-day like with your team?
A direct WhatsApp channel for the day to day, and a Google Meet call at every delivery to align priorities and show what's already done. No middlemen between who decides and who executes.
Do you take over projects already in progress?
Yes. We start by reading the existing code and design and agreeing with you on what is and isn't on track. That gives a clear plan: what to keep, what to redo, and a timeline no longer than starting from scratch.
